Refund policy

30-day guarantee

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or it isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost orders

If your tracking shows no movement for 20 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email us. We'll ship it again or refund you.

Changed your mind?

We don't accept returns for a change of mind. If you ordered the wrong size of the pet costume, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you find a solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
