Shipping policy
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Processing: Orders leave our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery to the US: Usually 7 to 14 days after you order.
- Tracking: You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Holidays: Order by December 5 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. Carriers get busy in December, so we can't guarantee exact dates.
- Wrong address: Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
